anyone going to st. petersburg soon?

Is there anyone going to St. Petersburg within the next week and a half
who would be willing to take over a two page letter and call the
addressee, who would pick it up (and be forever grateful)? It is a
document for a dissertation committee that apparently prefers originals
with raised seals, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
