art world:  "Fair Warning," by Vladimir Visson, a memoir of a Russian
emigre's life in pre-revolutionary Kiev, Germany and Paris, and the
post-world war II New York art world, where Visson was the director of the
Wildenstein art gallery in New York for over 35 years,  which was out of
