The language

May I support Stephen Bobyk's plea. My software is
nothing fantastic (W95 using the Multilingual support
which is built in, Internet Mail and News 4.70.1162 to be
precise) but Cyrillic appears fine when someone sends it.
And I can usually send in Cyrillic too. I much prefer not to
have something like Microsoft Outlook complicating things
by the way.
