This is the way Russians (at least linguistically skilled ones) use ISO
when writing e-mail postings to foreign colleagues: they substitute the
hacek by h (sh, ch, zh), and Cyrillic x by h. That's all. This way, /j/
will be i kratkoe, and /y/ ery.
