Well, if you have no problem with search engines, the best way is, in my
opinion, start with one of them.

Asking yandex.ru we receive, for example,

and

Smart Altavista gives us the next site:

Keywords are "internet, slovar', termin*"

Note, that there are variants of many internet-terms, like
"brouzer/brauzer/prosmotrovaja programma/<&even>smotrelka/" for "browser".
