Dear Seelangers,

I found the following article while doing research at the Lenin library.  I
photocopied it, but neglected to write down the title of the book or journal
in which it appeared.  Unfortunately, I can't find the article  indexed
anywhere.  Would any of you happen to have a full citation, or know how I
can get in touch with the author?
