Money transfer to Moscow

Dear colleagues,

I would greatly appreciate current information about methods for
transferring money to Moscow.

I'd be interested in learning about any method (official, semiofficial,
unofficial...) that you have found to be "working" these days (i.e., the
money ended up in the hands of the intended recipient, without
jeopardizing his safety). (This last clause is a reflection on stories one
hears about people receiving money thru a bank, then being robbed as they
leave the bank!)
