I don't think you're very likely to find this since the book is still under
copyright (and remains so for 70 years after the death of the author, if
memory serves). I also think it's a safe bet that if anyone did put a
version on-line, Kundera and his publishing company would come down like a
ton of bricks. You could always scan a copy for your own use, I suppose, but
I wouldn't put the result anywhere near a public website.
