It's right vs. That's right

I am not a native speaker of English, and in search of minimal pairs I
picked a different adjective.

- His book finally came in the mail.
- That's great.[the fact that it arrived]

- His book finally came in the mail. It's great.[the book is great]

>I am a native English speaker responding to the question below.  "It's
>right" would be followed by an idea which is right.  For example: It's
>right to ask forgiveness when you are wrong.  "That's right" agrees with a
>previously stated idea which you are agreeing is right.  Example: "Does
