drivers and/or transfers

Dear Folks,

Do any of you have recommendations of how best to get from and to Sheremetevo-2? Feeling a bit squeamish about taxis and taxi drivers in Moscow, I feel reluctant to take chances with that mode of transport. Does anyone know of a reliable agency that offers pick-up and drop-off services between downtown Moscow and the airport? Has anyone had experience with a transfer service called "go-to.ru"? I'm most thankful for any and all advice you may offer me on this subject.
