how to send/receive email in cyrillic

Dear Baron Chivrin & others,
        The problem may be in your email provider.  Mine is Juno, and I often
get the accented English vowels on seelangs messages.  However, a friend
recommended to me that I open a free account with www.mail.ru, and can
send and recieve messages there in both cyrillic and English.  You might
want to try that.
