Kentucky Foreign Language Conference

The deadline for receipt of paper and panel proposals for the
Kentucky Foreign Language Conference (April 19-20, 2002) has been
extended to Dec. 1, 2001.  For the Russian sections please send an
abstract to: gjanecek at uky.edu.  The conference theme is "Space and
Place: Cultural Encounters and Confrontations," but papers on other
topics in Russian/Slavic language, literature or pedagogy are also
welcome.
