Query about InfoStudy/InfoTravel summer program

Dear Seelangers,

Is there anyone out there who has had personal experience with
InfoStudy/InfoTravel Inc. out of Brookline, MA, which runs a
remarkably (too remarkably?) cheap summer study program in St.
Petersburg? It also claims to be "developed and implemented by
Pushkinskij dom with Boris Egorov as an academic consultant (whatever
that might mean).
