If you were able to install the program but it will not run, you may be
able to run it in compatibility mode. Right-click the shortcut, choose
"Properties," and click on the "Compatibility" tab. Check the box
(there's only one box) that says "Run in compatibility mode:" and select
an operating system that you think supports it.

This essentially tells Win2K to emulate the older operating system, and
can often permit older applications to run even when they are
incompatible with Win2K.
