Math and science books

Thematically off SEELANGS topic-- but any thoughts on who
(institutions, libraries, individuals) might find Soviet -period
(plus one pre-1917)  advanced mathematics and science books of use?
I recently acquired part of the library of a local Orthodox priest
who was trained as a mathematician in USSR-- and included in the
boxes are 50 or so such books.  Will happily donate.  Do reply off
