info re: selling paper rubels from before 1917 requested

A relative of mine, who turned 90 last Sunday, has kept a number of paper
rubels from before the Soviet Revolution. Now she is ready to dispose of them
to complement her retirement in Poland.  Would someone kindly let me know if
there are collectors/vendors in the US still interested in this kind of item?
