Cyrillic in MacOSX

I've been away from SEELANGS for awhile, so I apologize if this is a
question that has already been answered.

Although there is a Cyrillic keyboard in OSX (v. 10.1.5), there appears to
be no QWERTY (phonetic layout) version of it. And in Jaguar (OSX 10.2),
the Russian keyboard appears to have been excluded entirely. It must be
there, somehow. So, does anyone have information on a QWERTY Russian
keyboard that works in Macintosh OSX v.10.2? Ideally, if it exists it
should work just as the QWERTY Russian keyboard did in the old Cyrillic
Language Kits of System 8 and before...

Another related question: Is it possible to pull up documents done in
older versions of Word and preserve both the Cyrillic and the formatting?
(This was problematic with certain earlier upgrades.)

Please respond to me directly at:

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.
