Jaws for Windows

Dear Seelangers,
        I have a blind student in Russian 101.  He has told me that there
is something called "Jaws for Windows," which allows him to produce a
written text and then have the computer read it back to him out loud so
that he can check what he's written.  He was wondering if anything like
that exists for Russian.  If anyone has heard of this please reply
off-list.
