ACTFLProficiency Guidelines for Reading - Russian

There are no language-specific guidelines for reading that I know about.
Irene Thompson wrote Russian-specific guidelines for speaking in 1986, but
they have not been revised. (ACTFL revised its speaking guidelines about
four years ago.)
