Russian program hours

Dear SEELANGers:

If you have a moment, I'd be much obliged if you would write me
off-list and tell me how many classroom hours of instruction your
program offers in Russian:

e.g.

First-year Russian:  5 hours a week / 15 weeks per semester
Second-year Russian:  4 hours a week / 15 weeks per semester
Third-year Russian:  3 hours a week / 15 weeks per semester
Fourth-year Russian:  3 hours a week / 15 weeks per semester
