Cyrillic font problems with OS X

To SEELANGERS:

Below is a web site in Russia for a free program that allows you to put
accent marks over characters in Russian in OSX. It is called Slavjanskij keyboard
layout 1.4 by D. Chirkov and I have been very pleased with its flexibility in
various programs. You can type in the Character Palette with this program, or
use it simply to add accent marks after you've already typed your text.

Any unicode-compliant program will work with this keyboard layout.
