But I wonder about your question, "What will it mean for title VI centers
concentrating on Russia? Or is it all about Middle Eastern Studies?"

You mean if the advisory committees just chase after Middle Eastern Studies,
we don't have to worry?

The very last thing universities need is government control. Especially this
government.
