question about a study abroad program

Hello to all:

One of our students has wants to go on a study abroad program at Moscow
State run by the Knowledge Exchange Institute.  Their url is
<http://www.knowledgeexchange.orgcisrussia/msu/smtr/frameset.htm>.
I know nothing about the program or its reputation; can anyone help out?  I
would particularly appreciate any info from former participants or teachers
whose students have been on the program.
