In communication theory it is Sender, Message and Receiver (aka "bull's eye
model")--ever since Shannon and Weaver.  As for the "communicative
frame"--take a look at basic books on communication (e.g. John Fiske) and
see what they use.  In Russian scholarship and everyday situations alike
they often use English-sounding terms that do not exist in English or have a
different meaning (e.g., "face control" or "diskursivnost'").
