oral proficiency testing

Individuals can arrange to have an oral proficiency interview through
language testing international:  http://www.languagetesting.com/

Not sure about the cost, certainly over $100.

You can read more about the system of testing in a recent issue of the AAASS
Newsnet (I wrote an article about it.)
