Russian grammaticality judgments

Dear native speakers of Russian,

Would anyone be willing to provide grammaticality judgments for some Russian
sentences?  I’ve got a questionnaire in the form of a Word doc. that takes
about 15 minutes to fill out.  The judgments collected from this
questionnaire will be used in my thesis on Russian word order.
