Dear Colleagues,

We know from a variety of sources that Boris Pasternak tended a potato patch
at his dacha in Peredelkino during and after WWII - and even derived his
inspiration for the potato theme in Doctor Zhivago's Varykino chapter from
this activity.

If you have ever seen a photograph of this potato patch (or, better still, a
photo of Pasternak involved in its cultivation) - could you please point me
in the direction of the source (published, on-line, museum, etc.) where it
may be seen.

The photo is needed for research on the spiritual significance of dacha plot
cultivation movement, and your help will be greatly appreciated.

Iskrenne,
