Ruben David Gonzalez Gallego

Does anyone know if Ruben David Gonzalez Gallego accepts speaking
engagements or travels to the US?  The information I have been able to
find seems to indicate that he is either not well enough to travel or
not interested, but I wondered if anyone knew otherwise.
