I don't know what the long answer to that is, but the short answer is
that hotmail can't read Cyrillic, whereas gmail (google's free,
web-based e-mail) can, in case you wanted to switch.  Not to reveal any
personal biases :)

Why is it that I can read the Cyrillic fine on the SEELANGS page, but it
comes through as gibberish when I read the message through Hotmail?
