Dear Colleagues,

I have a student who received an invitation through an
acquaintance to do an internship at the the Siberian
Civic Initiatives Support Center in Novosibirsk. 
Naturally, she is intrigued but would like to know
more about this organization.  Does anyone know
anything about this Center?
