Vestnik Evropy and Voprosy Literatury are being digitized for online access 
from East View Information Services. The full series of each publication – 
from issues #1 – are scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2007.

Vestnik Evropy (published 1803-1830) ("Herald of Europe"), one of the first 
Russian literary and political journals, is well-known among scholars and 
researchers of Russian history.  It played a significant role in the 
development of Russian literature as well as social thought.  
 
Voprosy Literatury (published 1957 to present) ("Issues of Literature") is 
a must-read for researchers interested in Russian literary history from the
