Russian typographic conventions

For some of these issues, it might be worth checking the recent  
Russian translation (2006) of Robert Bringhurst's wonderful "The  
Elements of Typographic Style" (1992). According to the description  
of the Russian edition, it contains 21 pages of endnotes by its
