Russian typographic conventions

Thanks to Stuart Goldberg, Alina Israeli, and Ingunn Lunde for their 
suggestions.

I think Stuart and Alina were closest to my intended mark; Ingunn's 
suggestion, while interesting, doesn't seem to address the punctuation 
and spacing issues that most concerned me.

I would welcome suggestions as to where I could get my hands on some of 
these references, but as SEELANGS has a three-message daily limit I 
won't be able to engage in a conversation with you unless we take it 
private. If others are interested, I'll post a list of the recommended 
sources in a few days.
