medical insurance coverage in Russia, Mongolia...

Dear SEELANGERS-
	Can anyone recommend an insurance carrier that would cover a trip on 
the Trans Sib from Moscow to
Beijing?   Rates seem to vary widely, but reliability of coverage is a 
concern.
