Help Please : Man With Feminine Characteristics

"Milovidnyj" or "smazlivyj" (muzhchina) would produce that effect,
as perhaps many other similar epithets that are normally used to 
describe feminine beauty.  The masculine suffix does the trick.
"Smazlivyj" and "smazlivaya" already have a derogatory connotation,
but "milovidnaya" does not.
