Call for a newsletter editor

This is posted for Mari Firkatian, president of the Bulgarian  Studies 
Association. Please address responses and questions to Martha Forsyth at 
the address in the last paragraph below.

The Bulgarian Studies Association needs a new editor for its newsletter, 
which appears usually three times per academic year.  Any member of the 
BSA, OR ANY POTENTIAL MEMBER (i.e., "YOUR" GRADUATE STUDENTS), is 
encouraged to apply for the position.  The editor's duties include:
        * soliciting news from members
        * editing the news received, and formatting it for publishing.

Interested persons should send a statement of experience and 
qualifications to the BSA secretariat at Martha Forsyth's address: 
<theforsyths at verizon.net>.  This should be received by the end of April, 
at which time the executive committee will confer, make a decision, and 
announce the selection.
