Applicants should have an expertise in the areas of Russian literature and 
culture from the nineteenth century to the present day, and/or in 
interdisciplinary research and the methodological approaches of critical 
theory and gender studies. Preference may be given to candidates with 
research and teaching strengths in the area of nineteenth century literature 
and culture.

The post will start from 1st September 2007 or as soon as possible 
thereafter.

The annual salary will be in the Academic Grade 7 range: £31,635 to £34,337 
p.a. (inclusive of London Allowance) in the first instance.
