funding for summer language study with a non-profit

Good morning!
      I am inquiring as to whether any of you might know of funding 
opportunities
for students who want to study Russian during the summer at a program 
associated
with a non-profit group. Specifically, this is the summer Russian program
offered in Vladimir through "The American Home", the school associated 
with the
non-profit Serendipity-Russia.
       If you have any ideas about funding opportunities for this type 
of study,
