Telogreika and dushegreika in KAPITANSKAYA DOCHKA

Dear all,

Is there much difference between these 2 garments?  Vasilisa Yegorovna wears
the former; the Empress wears the latter!  Both, as far as I understand,
seem likely to be padded and sleeveless.
