Plakat rodina zovet

Dear all,
If somebody could give me more informations on the plakat "rodina zovet" , 
I'd be very glad. As fare i know, that this is a propaganda-placat of the 
Sovet-Union during the ware (1941-1945)? But I'm not very sure, if this is 
true. And I didn't find any informations on how the plakat is looking like, 
about the history of this plakat and when exactly it was in use and what 
exactly should be the mission.
