ABBY Lingvo and TranslateIt! are both very good programs.  TranslateIt! is
actually the project of a one Russian guy who originally created the program
for Macs under the name "MDict"; there also is a version for Windows, even
Vista.  

You can try out version 6.0 of TranslateIt! for free at

Personally, I prefer TranslateIt!.  Take at look at gettranslateit.com for
