Dear Lily,

I'm not sure whether it will help you or not but there is an
interesting usage of the word "anti-word" in Milan Kundera's novel The
Unbearable Lightness of Being, in the chapter called "Music". It has a
sentence that states that the music appeared to be to Franz as
negation of sentences, as anti-word. There is a fascinating
discussion of the notion of polyphony in Bakhtin's and Kundera's works
in: Benson, Stephen."For Whant of a Better Term? Polyphony and the
Value of Music in Bakhtin and Kundera", NARRATIVE, vol.11, 2003,
pp.292-311.

All very best,
Sasha Smith
