Dear Colleagues,

Go to http://tolstoy-nasledie.ru/. If you haven't already discovered this,
I want to alert you to a wonderful new Tolstoy site that includes the
complete Jubilee Tolstoy, all 90 volumes, in searchable form, the annotated
bibliographies of Tolstoy's library at Iasnaia Poliana, various
bibliographic resources from the Lenin Library, and many other things as
well. The project, which took a year to complete, was carried out by the
Estate Museum of Iasnaia Poliana and the Russian State "Lenin" Library in
Moscow, and was funded by the Andrew Mellon Foundation and the British
Council in Moscow.

This is a wonderful site that makes all of Tolstoy's writings available to
scholars in Russia and around the world. Tolstoy himself, who gave up
copyright in his old age, would approve.

Best to all,

Donna Orwin
