Mir Russkih

Dear Seelangers:
I've been asked to tutor a precocious teenager, and she is using "Mir Russkih", the textbook published by ACTR. If anyone has experience with this book, I'll be grateful for your opinions of it. Also, it doesn't appear to be available on Amazon -- how does one track down extra copies/tapes/workbooks?
