Hello Deborah,

I had posted a message on this problem several months ago.  As Dr. Browne
mentions, the Universal Cyrillic Decoder is a great solution.  In my own
case, I decided to switch to GMail for SEELANGS and other Cyrillic traffic
and it has successfully decoded far, far more messages than my previous
email reader, and it does so automatically.
