Various kinds of Soviet committees

Yes, certainly (though I prefer to keep the idea of 'enlightenment' since it
translates easily enough).  But what I was unsure about was whether this is
indeed another kind of committee or whether it should be a ‘political
enlightenment CAMPAIGN’, or what.
