Morfologiia novelly

Dear All,

Does anyone know whether Mikhail Petrovskii's article "Morfologiia novelly"
published originally in Ars Poetica, vol. 1 (Moscow, 1927) has been
translated into English?  I would like to use it in a course for which
knowledge of Russian is not a prerequisite.
