Moscow/St. Petersburg Apartment

Dear SEELANGers,

I too will be doing research in Russia beginning in September, and  
I'm looking for an apartment or a home-stay.  My preliminary plan is  
to spend 4 months in Moscow (September to December) and another 4  
months in St. Petersburg (January to May).  Close to a subway station  
and an internet connection would be a plus.
