Question about usage of names and social convention

I have heard a lot of times
ну что ты за человек! nu shto ty za chelovek! = negative connotation
ребёнок (ребятёнок), мороженого хочешь? = rebyenok, morozhenogo hochesh?
ljudu, poshli v kino! = люди, пошли в кино!
