Ah, jokes! This was a classic Kissinger joke. The cloth was a gift
from China, the tailors who couldn't were in London and Paris, but the
little tailor who could was in Tel Aviv. The punch line was: "Mr.
Kissinger, you may be a big man in London and Paris, but in Tel Aviv
you're not such a big man...
